Customs is the decisive stage of any import or export chain: a single error in tariff classification, valuation or documentation can lead to detained cargo, penalties and storage costs. BAZH delivers these services under the management of a licensed customs broker of Iran Customs, with document control at every step.

Before shipment

Admissibility of the goods, tariff classification, permits from related authorities, an estimate of duties and taxes, and standards or health requirements are all reviewed before the purchase contract is signed. This stage does the most to reduce risk in the file.

Declaration

Preparing and lodging the declaration, submitting supporting documents, following the assessment channel, attending inspection and responding to any discrepancies form the core of the customs operation.

After assessment

Following issuance of the clearance permit, settling duties and charges, obtaining the release order, arranging loading and exit from the customs area, and handing over the final documents to the owner of the goods.

Where valuation, classification or regulatory disputes arise, we advise on written submissions, follow the case through the review authorities and present a documented position.
